We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the maintenance operations at Wembly at Overlook. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide maintenance for the property, including upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the completion of preventative maintenance.
- Responsible for assigning and or completing daily work orders.
- Supervise and or assist with Unit turnovers and Make Ready efforts.
- Responsible for the repair of HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety hazards and take corrective action when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.
- The maintenance supervisor is responsible for training and mentoring maintenance staff and conducting performance evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
