Duties
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and upselling
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs
- Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, lead generation activities, and networking to expand our customer base
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts, close deals efficiently, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support territory expansion and brand awareness
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technology or related industry
- Strong background in account management, business development, and direct sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking in remote or field-based environments
- Experience with retail sales, technical product demos, upselling techniques, and analysis skills for strategic decision-making
- Strong customer service orientation combined with effective communication skills
- Management experience preferred but not mandatory; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
