Content Marketing & Showroom Sales Representative
Wallsmark is a premium interior finishes showroom located in New Rochelle, NY. We offer modern decorative wall panels, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, doors, custom wall décor, decorative panels, and customizable surface solutions for homeowners, interior designers, contractors, developers, and commercial projects.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and marketing-driven Content Marketing & Showroom Sales Representative to help grow our brand presence, create engaging social media content, attract qualified leads, and support showroom sales.
This role is heavily focused on content creation, social media marketing, lead generation, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating photos, videos, reels, stories, product posts, educational content, before-and-after content, showroom content, and promotional campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
The right person should understand how to make interior finish products look attractive online, communicate with potential customers through social media, follow up with leads, and help convert online interest into showroom visits, appointments, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content for Wallsmark across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Take high-quality photos and videos of showroom products, displays, materials, samples, installations, and completed projects.
- Create engaging reels, stories, posts, captions, product highlights, and short-form video content.
- Develop content ideas that attract interior designers, contractors, homeowners, architects, developers, and trade professionals.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content posting schedule.
- Respond professionally to messages, comments, inquiries, and leads coming from social media.
- Follow up with online leads and help turn them into showroom visits, appointments, quotes, and sales opportunities.
- Promote showroom products, new arrivals, special materials, designer programs, and project capabilities through digital content.
- Help improve brand awareness and visibility in the local market.
- Track customer inquiries from social media and organize follow-up activity.
- Support showroom visitors by presenting products, explaining material options, and assisting with selections.
- Assist with quotes, customer follow-ups, and basic sales coordination.
- Organize customer orders and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to help keep orders moving smoothly.
- Maintain organized records of leads, customer communication, supplier updates, and order status.
Qualifications
- Strong experience or confidence in social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to create attractive photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, and product-focused content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and online customer engagement.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to visual presentation and branding.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable speaking with customers, designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and order tracking.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn about interior finish materials.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing social media pages for a business is highly preferred.
- Experience creating content for interior design, home improvement, décor, real estate, construction, or building materials is a strong plus.
- Previous showroom experience is preferred, especially in décor, tile, flooring, kitchens, cabinets, furniture, interior design, or home improvement.
- Sales experience with designers, contractors, homeowners, or trade professionals is a plus.
- Basic photography, video editing, Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, or TikTok content experience is a plus.

Compensation
