Key Responsibilities
· Hotel Operations Leadership — Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and brand-aligned performance across all departments.

· Team Development — Recruit, train, and mentor associates to build a motivated, service-driven team culture.

Qualifications
· Strong Communication Skills — Clear, confident, and effective communicator across all levels.
· Leadership Experience — Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience, preferably within Marriott Select Brands.
· Operational Expertise — Proven ability to manage front office, housekeeping, F&B (if applicable), and engineering teams.
· Guest-Focused Mindset — Demonstrated success in elevating guest satisfaction scores.
