We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across our production facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for electronic products assembly lines, and industrial equipment to maximize productivity and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects, then develop effective solutions to resolve issues swiftly.
- Lead projects involving process scheduling, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on factory layout planning, equipment installation, fabrication, and tooling design to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments such as factories or production lines.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like lean manufacturing, continuous improvement strategies, and factory layout optimization.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Understanding of industrial equipment specifications, schematics interpretation (GD&T), ISO 9001 standards, and safety regulations related to manufacturing facilities
Requirements
- Bachlor's in Engineering
- 4+ Years of experience in electronic manufacturing
- Knowledge of Poka-yoke, Lean Six Sigma
