Then come join the rehab team at Hillsborough County Nursing Home where the patients come first and not productivity. Our therapists work collaboratively to establish treatment plans of care based on the patients’ needs not what pays more or less. We are 300 bed SNF/ICF facility owned and run by the county which includes the rehab department. NO agency or contracts. This means you are hired by the county, working in the same building every day and working with a large Rehab staff of over 15 full time therapists. Medical, dental and vision. State retirement, 14 holidays off with full pay. Paid lunch and an 8 hours day. This is a salary position for 40 hours a week.
