Duties

- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management skills.
- Support banking operations by handling deposits, withdrawals, and basic loan processing with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of retail products, financial software, and retail math to ensure precise calculations and transactions.
- Manage cash registers efficiently, including 10 key typing for quick data entry and math accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Knowledge of banking procedures, financial services, or loan processing is a plus.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse customers confidently.
- Familiarity with financial software systems and retail math principles.
- Ability to handle cash accurately through cashiering and cash management procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
