Job Description
Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods or materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Organize and maintain the storeroom for efficient access and retrieval
Issuing and Receiving:
Issue materials or products as per requisitions.
Record and document all materials issued and received.
Inspect received items for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and other departments for timely deliveries.
Quality Control:
Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods.
Report and document any damaged or defective items.
Implement and follow quality control procedures for stored items.
Organization and Maintenance:
Adhere to safety standards and guidelines in the storeroom.
Comply with regulations and policies related to storage and handling of materials.
Report any safety hazards or concerns.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
