We are building a passionate team of strong communicators and sales professionals to represent our brand at vendor events, expos, festivals, conventions, trade shows, and community events throughout Texas.
We are seeking highly motivated Event Sales Representatives who are:
- Energetic
- Outgoing

- Confident speaking with the public
This role involves actively engaging customers at live events, educating consumers on wellness products, generating sales, and helping grow brand awareness throughout Central Texas and surrounding areas.
This is NOT a passive booth attendant position
We are looking for:
- Master communicators
- Natural relationship builders
- Individuals who are comfortable confidently initiating conversations and closing sales
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally represent Xenex at vendor events and expos
- Actively engage customers and initiate conversations
- Educate consumers about wellness products
- Utilize assertive yet respectful sales techniques
- Generate product sales and meet sales goals
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown
- Maintain organized product displays and inventory
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Travel to local and regional events as needed
- Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Prior sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to speak with strangers comfortably
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Honest, dependable, and high integrity
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Willingness and ability to travel for events
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Must be punctual and professional

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Vendor events
- Trade shows
- Retail sales
- Wellness products
- Health supplements
- CBD/hemp sales
- Direct sales
- Fitness/wellness industries
- Hospitality or customer service
SCHEDULE
- Part-time up to full-time available
- Weekend availability highly preferred
- Some evenings and travel required depending on event schedule
COMPENSATION
Compensation may include:
- Hourly pay
- Commission opportunities
- Sales bonuses
- Performance incentives
Compensation structure will depend on experience and performance.
LOCATION
Austin, Texas
Regional travel throughout Central Texas may be required.

Work Location: On the road
