Job Overview

Duties
- Safely operate Class B CDL dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other construction supplies to various job sites
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, including brakes, lights, tires, and hydraulic systems to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist with the operation of heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, and water trucks as needed on-site
- Support construction activities by helping with site preparation, material delivery, and cleanup tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered during operations
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and heavy equipment maintenance
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid Class B CDL Familiarity
- Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and Ability
- Knowledge of construction materials handling and transportation logistics
