We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the operating room, including pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as experience in an ambulatory surgery center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and assisting surgeons during surgical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient's vital signs during surgery.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the surgeon.
- Assist the surgeon in the operating room.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.
- Educate patients and family members on post-operative care and follow-up instructions.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
