Homewatch CareGivers of Tacoma is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care and clinical oversight for clients in Tacoma and surrounding areas.
Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
Conduct assessments and support individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions and care needs
Document visits, interventions, and outcomes
Communicate with physicians and care team on changes in condition
Support care coordination and ongoing client needs
Active Washington State LPN or RN license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Auto insurance
Strong assessment and communication skills
Home care or home health experience preferred
