Summary/Objective:
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. Also responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping items, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Essential Functions

- Unloading deliveries, inspecting items for damage, and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Picking items from stock, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
- Tracking stock levels, organizing storage areas, and assisting with periodic inventory counts.
- Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards, and adhering to safety regulations.
- Reporting discrepancies, communicating with team members, and following instructions from supervisors.
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.

Supervisory Responsibility
The Warehouse Worker has no direct supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment
The warehouse environment is fast-paced, physically active, and team-oriented. Employees work in a warehouse facility where they are required to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout their shifts. The role may involve exposure to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions, depending on the season and warehouse setup.
Physical Demands
This is largely a physical role. This would require the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday in coordination with our company “core hours” as noted in our Employee Handbook. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma required
· Forklift experience preferred
· SAP experience preferred
