Mani Cave is a small, cozy nail studio designed to make both clients and techs feel comfortable and valued. We focus on creating a great client experience by making sure every client feels heard, while also prioritizing nail health, safety, and high-quality service through our HEMA-free and 10-free product standards.
Day to day, you will be building your client book while continuing to grow your nail skills in a supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about nails, eager to learn, and willing to keep growing their knowledge

Responsibilities:
-Preform all services, maintain a clean organized station
- follow sanitation and safety procedures throughout the day and at the end of each shift
-rebook clients and retain client retention
-help keep the salon professional and welcoming.
-deliver a positive client experience through professionalism, punctuality, and strong customer care.
-work independently while following Mani Cave policies, procedures, and service expectations.
Requirements:
-Active/ valid Pennsylvania nail or cosmetology license
-beginner or experienced applicants are welcomed
-reliable transportation
-ability to provide excellent client care in a service-focused enviroment.
-ability to work part- time
-attention to detail
-positive attitude and professionalism.
Compensation
- commission 35-40%, plus tips

The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented. They should be confident in preforming nail services or eager to grow their skills, while low taking pride in cleanliness, professionalism, and creating and welcoming experience for clients.
