As a Window Technician, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, solve problems on the job, and directly benefit from your hard work. You keep 100% of your tips, earn 20% commission on every job, and receive bonuses for excellent customer reviews. We provide all equipment, so you can focus on doing great work and earning great money.

What You’ll Need:
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft and walking on tile roofs (roof experience preferred)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Previous window cleaning experience is a plus
- Outgoing personality with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently
- Must have your own truck or SUV to transport equipment
- Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, speak English, and pass a background check
