Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Digital Product Specialist.
Position Highlights: The Digital Product Specialist supports the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of Tri Pointe Homes' digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, customer-facing digital experiences, and integrated marketing technologies. This role combines digital product administration, content management, user support, testing, and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure digital products meet business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position serves as a key liaison between marketing teams, business stakeholders, development partners, and technology vendors to support product enhancements, resolve issues, validate releases, and drive adoption of digital solutions.
Position Responsibilities:

Review, prioritize, and coordinate website, mobile application, and digital platform enhancement requests, defect reports, and support tickets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Serve as the primary support resource for digital products by investigating reported issues, reproducing defects, gathering requirements, documenting findings, and coordinating resolution efforts with internal teams and external vendors.

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test data, and quality assurance documentation for digital products, enhancements, integrations, and releases.

Perform manual testing of website, mobile application, and digital platform enhancements, bug fixes, releases, marketing campaigns, and user experiences to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.

Collaborate with IT QA resources and development partners to create, maintain, and expand automated test coverage using tools such as AccelQ, Playwright, or similar automation platforms.

Validate integrations between websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, digital asset management systems, APIs, and third-party services.

Support website, mobile application, and marketing campaign launches through regression testing, release validation, production verification, and post-launch monitoring.

Monitor application quality, testing results, system performance, and error reporting tools; identify trends and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Manage intake and validation of defect reports, identify root causes, cross-reference issues with monitoring tools, prioritize remediation efforts, and coordinate resolution activities.

Create, update, and maintain website content, landing pages, and page layouts within Contentful, WordPress and other content management systems.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to division marketing teams regarding website content, platform functionality, and digital product capabilities.

Conduct content audits and quality reviews, providing recommendations to improve website accuracy, consistency, performance, and user experience.

Organize and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and requirements-gathering sessions.

Collaborate with product leadership to develop user stories, business requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, release documentation, and testing strategies.

Develop training materials, release notes, user guides, and educational resources; conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for internal stakeholders.

Research emerging digital technologies, customer experience trends, testing methodologies, and product innovations, providing recommendations for future enhancements and process improvements.
Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Information Technology or a related field preferred

4 or more years of experience in digital marketing or website/mobile application support

Working knowledge of website content management systems, preferably Contentful and WordPress
-
Proficiency in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Understanding of automated testing tools such as AccelQ, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar platforms preferred.

Working knowledge of quality assurance processes and documentation

Understanding of test automation concepts and familiarity with automated testing tools

Ability to track defects and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to develop training materials and effectively educate end users

Compensation & Benefits:
-
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $106,900 - $120,600 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
