We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health professional to join our fully remote dynamic team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a qualified PsyD or PhD holder in a clinical counseling capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health services across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to support clients on their journey toward mental wellness. Responsibilities
- Conduct remote comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to accurately diagnose and document client conditions
- Provide remote individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Implement remote crisis intervention strategies to manage acute behavioral or emotional emergencies effectively while ensuring client safety
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and ethical guidelines
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring secure patient communication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely to coordinate case management, medical records documentation, and patient care strategies for individuals with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities
- Engage in ongoing research and data collection to enhance clinical practices and contribute to the broader field of behavioral health
Experience
- Proven remote experience working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient or inpatient settings, including pediatrics and geriatrics
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, trauma-informed care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and PTSD care
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for clinical documentation and medical terminology relevant to mental health assessments and treatment planning
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or special education needs is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis coding in medical records
- Prior involvement in clinical research or evidence-based practice initiatives that improve client outcomes
- Ability to navigate telehealth therapy platforms confidently while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
