What you will do
This position will be responsible for the billing and providing invoices to customers who require a complete billing packet, consisting of reports and certified payroll to ensure timely payment.
How you will do it
Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
Strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone manner and appropriate business communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with the ability to operate under pressure.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29-39 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
