Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Repair Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and being part of a professional, team-driven shop. You will work on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles using modern tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics using scan tools, electrical schematics, and testing procedures

Repair and service engines, powertrain systems, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and driveline components

Perform alignments, inspections, and routine maintenance services
-
Diagnose and repair electrical and drivability issues; assist with ADAS-related service when applicable

Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
-
Document repairs, diagnostic steps, and parts used with clear and accurate repair notes

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with service advisors and customers
-
Follow manufacturer specifications and shop safety standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience as an automotive repair technician in a professional shop preferred

Strong diagnostic skills, including electrical and drivability concerns

Experience working on both foreign and domestic vehicles

Familiarity with alignments, powertrain repairs, and complex mechanical systems

Comfortable using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair information systems

Welding experience and ADAS calibration knowledge are a plus, but not required

Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs
