Minimum Requirement: Candidates must have at least two (2) years of professional line cook experience.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle food safely while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
- Support catering and high-volume events while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure all dishes are plated accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required: Minimum 2 years of recent professional experience as a Line Cook.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen is required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and knife skills.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with high-volume service is preferred.
- Catering experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
