LS Orthodontics is a newly opened boutique orthodontic practice located in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle that specializes in custom-tailored braces and clear aligners for kids, teens, and adults.

Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is friendly and eager to learn. You will learn to do a little bit of everything related to administrative patient care. You will also play a key role in creating a positive presence in our community and shape our patient experience.

What You’ll Be Trained on & Do
- Interact with patients and build positive, lasting relationships
- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism
- Manage patient intake forms, insurance verification, and documentation
- Present financial and insurance information
- Help with marketing efforts as needed
- Support the growth of the practice and perform various tasks as needed
We’re Looking For A Candidate That Is
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools and software
- Has a team-player attitude: flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn different skills and cross-train in different duties. Comfortable in a start-up environment
- An all-around kind person, positive, energetic, professional, and a customer service rockstar; Excellent with communication, attention to detail, follow-ups.
- Dependable and consistently available for scheduled hours (see below)
- Comfortable presenting finances (we will train)
- Interest in participating and helping with various marketing aspects for the practice
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, or dental/medical sterilization technician experience is a plus (but not required)
Days/Hours Of Work
- During training, your hours may range 14-23 hours a week
- Our goal is to work you up to 27-32 hours a week. Our current work days/hours vary, but we are looking for someone who is generally available Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 8am-6pm or 7am-5pm. As we get closer to the end of the year and into 2027, available working days will be Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday on an alternating basis.
- A few Saturdays may be required throughout the year if there is a marketing or community event.
