Ellis Reid Millwork Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add this position to our sales team. The role plays a key part in preparing quotes, organizing project information, and helping ensure a smooth process from initial inquiry through order execution. Whether your background is in inside sales, construction, building materials, or project coordination, this role offers an opportunity to grow into a specialized industry with training and support.

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
What You'll Do:
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation based on project information.
- Support sales team with pricing, documentation, and account coordination
- Organize project details, drawings, and specifications for internal review
- Communicate with internal teams (estimating, production, operations) to ensure accuracy
- Track opportunities and updates in the CRM system
- Assist with order entry and handoff to operations
- Help identify missing or unclear project details and coordinate internally for resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 2+years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, pricing, and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing
Preferred (Not Required)
- Familiarity with reading drawings or project plans
- Experience with estimating or quoting
Note:
- Millwork experienced is desired but not required--we will train the right candidate
