Work hours: PRN (As Needed) Rotating shifts – day/evening/weekends/holidays as needed

Here’s What You Need
-
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy is required Or
Other Pharm.D. is required And
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency is required
Completion of PGY1 pharmacy residency strongly preferred
- 3 Years hospital experience or residency is preferred

Board certified specialties and/or PGY1/PGY2 residency is strongly preferred

ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification is strongly preferred
-
BLS/ACLS is strongly preferred
PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire is required
- Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.
