We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team. This position will serve as a floater between two multifamily communities in Parma, Ohio, assisting with leasing activities, resident relations, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and present available units to prospective residents
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation and renewals
- Maintain accurate records and update leasing software as needed
- Support resident relations by addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to maintain strong occupancy levels
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure units are ready for move-ins
- Float between two property locations as needed to support leasing and office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy leasing office environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and property management software a plus)
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties in Parma
