Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Residential Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful of various projects at TGA Renovated. TGA Renovated is an award winning, residential and commercial general contractor in the greater Charlotte area with a growing team since 2018. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of how to problem solve, manage vendors and work with the client. This role requires effective coordination among teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors
- Communicate well with clients
- Report to Director of Operations and CEO
- Submit invoices and expenses on time
- Manage multiple jobs at once
- Update internal Jobtread system daily with client/job updates
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project phases for accountability and future reference.
- Oversee scope management processes to prevent scope creep and maintain focus on project objectives.
Experience
- 10-20+ years of experience in residential construction (commercial is a plus)
- Proven experience in project management roles with a strong track record of successful project implementation.
- Great communication
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Highly organized
