J & L Truck Repair has proudly served the trucking industry in Fontana for over 10 years. We specialize in heavy-duty diesel truck repair and are looking for a dependable Parts Driver / Shop Helper to support our technicians and help keep our shop running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts from local dealerships and suppliers.
- Deliver parts to technicians and mobile service calls when needed.
- Return incorrect or warranty parts or Cores.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Help mechanics with basic shop tasks as assigned.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Perform other shop support duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available as needed
