Responsible and accountable for managing and direction of strategic operations of Surgery, PACU, GI Lab, PreAdmission Testing, Same Day Surgery, SPD, Infusion Center and Anesthesiology departments. Works cooperatively with leadership of other departments to integrate clinical services, administrative and educational aspects throughout the continuum. Has 24 hour accountability. Ensures the inventory is as cost effective as possible. Collaborates with the surgeons and MD's to enhance the pt.care delivery ad cost effectiveness.
