Job Responsibilities
Prepare. Cook. Deliver excellence.
As a Cook at Sizzler, you will:

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet Sizzler’s expectations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications

Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role preferred

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
