We are seeking an experienced Building Engineer for a luxury residential property in New York City.
Requirements:
- Local 94 Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on chiller operating experience
- Experience maintaining cooling tower compliance, including testing, inspections, recordkeeping, and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, electrical systems, and building automation systems
- Valid Q-01 or Q-99 License
- Valid S-12, S-13, and S-95 Certificates of Fitness
- Professional references required and will be verified
