Execution Leader / Integrator
Position Overview:
The Execution Leader is responsible for ensuring that all company priorities, projects, and
tasks are executed efficiently across the organization.
This role works directly with the CEO to translate strategy into action, drive accountability,
and ensure consistent follow-through across all departments.
The primary objective of this role is to reduce the CEO’s involvement in day-to-day
operations by ensuring that all initiatives are completed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execution Management
Receive priorities and direction directly from the CEO
Break down initiatives into clear, actionable steps
Assign tasks to the appropriate team members
Follow up daily to ensure completion
2. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with:
Head of Retail (CBD)
Head of Construction (Seven Builders)
Head of MedSpa (Boca)
Head of Operations
Ensure alignment and progress across all business units
3. Project Ownership
Lead execution of key company projects such as:
Warehouse setup
SOP implementation
Sales process improvements
Customer experience initiatives
4. Accountability & Follow-Up
Track task completion across teams
Ensure deadlines are met
Identify delays and operational bottlenecks
Escalate issues to the CEO when necessary
5. Reporting
Provide structured weekly reports to the CEO
Highlight completed tasks, ongoing priorities, and challenges

Override the Head of Operations

Drive accountability across all teams
Follow up consistently until completion
Relationship with Head of Operations
The Head of Operations is responsible for defining processes, systems, and structure
The Execution Leader is responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to those
processes

Compensation & Terms
Annual Salary: $72,000
Initial Period: 90-day trial period
Post-trial: review of performance and benefits (including health insurance)
Position Objective
This role is designed to create operational efficiency and accountability across the
organization by ensuring that all initiatives are executed consistently and effectively.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
