Camelback Ford and Lincoln is looking for an Experienced in store hiring/recruiting Manager. You must have dealership experience and or HR or recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Processing/input of all back ground checks and drug tests.
- Posting adds.
- Interviewing and setting up interviews.
- Calling potential applicants.
- Onboarding.
- Assistant to the General Manager.
- Fill in Receptionist for lunches/breaks
Qualifications:
- MUST have previous dealership experience and or hiring/recruiting experience.
- Highly organized and motivated.
- Excellent communication skill – both written and oral
- Time Management – prioritizing workload
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient.
- Available to work Monday - Friday in an office setting
- Must be 18 or over
