Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers and co-workers, maintenance, reconciliation of Main Bank, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the gaming commission, federal and state laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in banking and finance or related area preferred.

Effective communication skills required. Must be extremely oriented and computer literate.

Ability to read and analyze and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Ability to add, subtract multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Essential Job Functions:

Maintains a thorough working knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations (including Federal, State and Tribal Gaming) as well as company policies, procedures, and controls.

Comply with applicable Title 31 recordkeeping and procedures.

Maintenance and reconciliation of all Casino Funds.

Provide funds as needed to other Cashiers, to keep adequate funds in the banks (receive cashier buy/sells, remit request funds).

Receive and distribute cash banks to / from all revenue generating departments.

Properly verify any and all cash, or other negotiable items, of monetary value.

Ensures the integrity of all Casino Monetary assets

Maintains all records, and all other required paperwork with cash transactions.

Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve any Main Bank disputes or variances.

Held responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of Main Bank occupancy

Attends regularly scheduled departmental meetings.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

Ensure that all necessary logs are being signed in accordance with ICs (Key Logs).

Prepare daily deposit for transport to bank.

Fill the ticket/ATM kiosks.
-
Receives drops from soft count.
-
Other duties as assigned.
