Aerolot is the operating system for independent car dealerships — inventory, CRM, F&I, automation, and AI in one platform. Product is live. We are hiring a doer to own go-to-market in one beachhead market: South Florida — not a strategist-only CMO and not a national brand campaign.
The role
Fractional founding marketing. You create and execute: local awareness, dealer conversations, content, events, outreach, and a simple scoreboard. You are the full marketing function until we scale past one market. ~10–20
hours/week. Equity only — no cash salary.
What you’ll do
- Own South Florida GTM (Miami-Dade / Broward / Palm Beach pocket we agree on).
- Write and ship dealer-facing assets: one-pagers, emails, LinkedIn, short video, event collateral.
- Generate real pipeline: demos, pilot talks, event leads, warm intros — not vanity impressions.
- Run channels that work locally: LinkedIn, associations, dealer events, light paid tests only when useful.
- Weekly scoreboard with the founder: shipped / learned / next bets.
Who you are
- Operator who ships end-to-end without a marketing department.
- Strong writer; comfortable with early-stage ambiguity.
- Based in South Florida or can be in-market regularly (dealer face-time matters).
- Financially able to take a true equity-only role.
- Preferred: automotive experience and/or early-stage startup GTM.
Compensation
Equity only (no salary). Meaningful founding-level equity with vesting (details in conversation based on scope and commitment). Cash can be revisited when the company has budget, revenue, or a raise — not promised on a date.
