We are seeking a full-time perfusionist to join a team of three perfusionists and two perfusion assistants in a well-supported and team-oriented environment with shared call responsibilities.
Practice Details
- Case mix includes CABG, OPCAB, TAVR, valve, and aortic root procedures
- Approximately 500 cases annually
- Minimal post-cardiotomy VA-ECMO
- Occasional autotransfusion (cell saver) standby with primary support from perfusion assistants
- Strong relationships with surgeons and anesthesia
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $170,000 (based on experience and fit)
- $20,000 sign-on bonus (18-month commitment)

Qualifications
- ABCP certification (or eligible)
