Capital Dent Masters LLC is looking for a reliable and organized Hail Repair Office Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a welcoming front desk experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule estimates, and follow up with customers via phone and email
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate Repair Orders (R.O.s)
- Place parts orders and manage shipping and receiving
- Prepare final customer delivery packets including invoices and closing paperwork
- Provide customers with vehicle status updates throughout the repair process
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the Office Manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- 2–4 years of customer service or administrative office experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in a collision center or automotive body shop is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly
- Bonus potential based on productivity and punctuality after 8-week probationary period
