We are looking for an LPN or RN in Latham, NY, for a patient in need of a morning shift.
Patient Info:
- 1-year-old
- O2, suction & gJ-tube
- vent/trach
Hours:
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a home setting, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Administer basic life support and CPR as needed, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and home care techniques.

Job Requirements:
- NYS LPN or RN license required
- Must pass a background check
Rate dependent on experience and license type.
