We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations on our assisted living/memory care campus. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with state healthcare regulations and industry standards such as NCQA and HIPAA.
- Oversee patient care delivery across multiple units, ensuring high-quality assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to optimize resident outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols including infection control and medication administration.
- Manage staffing schedules to maintain optimal coverage for 24/7 patient care needs while adhering to labor regulations.
- Facilitate discharge planning and case management, promote efficient resource use and resident satisfaction.
- 24/7 consultation coverage.
Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state registration; additional management certification preferred.
- Proven leadership experience supervising nursing teams within clinical or long-term care settings.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Experience working with geriatric populations including behavioral health/dementia care needs.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination and team management; adept at managing care facility teams effectively.

Pay: $42.31 - $50.96 per hour
