We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Earthwork Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on and physically active, supporting excavation, grading, and other site work operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction or landscaping, but we are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position with year-round work and opportunity for growth within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage work
- Operate or assist with heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
- Handle materials, tools, and general labor tasks on-site
- Maintain clean and safe work environments
- Take direction from Foreman/Supervisor and work as part of a crew
- Communicate effectively and log hours using a smartphone-based time tracking app
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Smart phone (REQUIRED)
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or earthwork preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
