**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, the Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting and possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. **Duties:** - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment after each meal service - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas - Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed - Help with food handling and storage procedures - Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are in good working order and report any issues promptly - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient work environment - Participate in banquet and catering events as needed - Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness **Skills:** - Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment - Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Ability to lift heavy dishes and equipment - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment - Ability to help with kitchen tasks as needed - Experience with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
