Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Returns & Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers handling returns, exchanges, and inquiries in both English and Spanish. Duties
- Assist customers with return processes, exchanges, and product inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions
- Process return requests accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment software such as AS400 and MRP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage shipping & receiving activities, and RF scanners
- Support order picking & packing operations by utilizing order picker equipment and ensuring timely dispatch of shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, updating records in warehouse management systems, and managing stock levels for e-commerce orders
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights or dimensions for shipments, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers and team members
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, MRP software, and order fulfillment platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order accuracy
- Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to shipping weights, quantities, and dimensions
- Ability to stand, walk, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
