About the Role:
Are you a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor?
We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead our manufacturing engineering support team and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Room Machinists, and Gage Crib personnel while partnering with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, improve processes, and support operational goals. You'll play a critical role in aligning engineering support activities with safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Room Machinists, and Gage Crib personnel to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
Coordinate daily manufacturing support activities, including tooling, fixtures, gages, CNC programming, process improvements, troubleshooting, and production support.
Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Purchasing, and Plant Leadership to resolve issues and meet operational priorities.
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support safe operations, reinforce standards, and remove barriers to productivity.
