Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our client's wonderful, family dental office. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive environment, utilizing modern technology and techniques to deliver exceptional oral health services.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
- Utilize Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for patient management and medical documentation.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a positive experience for younger patients.
- Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Oversee dental fabrication processes for crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred.
- General restorative is all that is required. If a dentist does advanced procedures that's great but they are not required.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and medical documentation are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dentistry.
