This is not an entry-level leadership role. We're seeking someone with a proven history of successfully managing a plumbing and/or HVAC company, building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and producing measurable business results.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day leadership for all company operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and mentor department managers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
- Collaborate with ownership to establish company goals, budgets, and long-term initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent throughout the organization.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Analyze financial reports, operational metrics, and performance data to make informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable systems.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented culture built on integrity, communication, and continuous growth.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager or higher executive leadership position within a plumbing and/or HVAC company.
- Must currently reside in or be based within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-department service organizations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and operational improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership.
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial service operations.
- Experience overseeing sales, customer service, dispatch, field operations, and administrative teams.
- History of driving company growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
