We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our in-house finance team.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records
● Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
● Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
● Perform revenue reconciliation and ensure accurate revenue recording
● Monitor and analyze company profitability
● Prepare sales tax returns and support sales tax compliance
● Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal documentation
● Improve accounting procedures and scalable finance processes
● Collaborate with the Finance Manager/Controller and other departments
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
● Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
● Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
● Knowledge of revenue recognition and sales tax requirements
● Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
● Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Quickbooks, SAP, and/or Infor M3)
● Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Preferred Qualifications
● CPA or CPA-track experience
● Experience in a growing, multi-entity, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics company
● Experience improving accounting workflows or implementing financial systems
● Familiarity with inventory, cost accounting, or profitability analysis
● Proficient in Chinese
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
