What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our clinical team provide high-quality dentistry.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Prepare materials and equipment for procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Help keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with same-day treatment presentations when appropriate.
- Take impressions or intraoral scans (training provided if needed).
- Support your teammates and help create an efficient, positive work environment.

QualificationsPreferred
- Previous dental assisting experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental software
- CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, coachable attitude
