- Monitor daily cash activity and perform bank reconciliations across multiple operating accounts
- Process and maintain fixed asset transactions and asset module records
- Manage clearing accounts and resolve accounting inquiries from internal departments
- Support audit preparation and assist with month-end accounting activities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records within Workday
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
- Hands-on Workday experience in an accounting environment
- Fixed asset accounting experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
