Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will support clients with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and other behavioral health needs across various settings, including home-based and school environments. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
- Coordinate intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and client communication to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school consultations, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapy techniques, including functional assessment and intervention planning.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations in clinical or educational settings.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.
- Experience working directly with individuals across diverse environments such as homes, schools, or clinics is highly preferred.
- Strong background in data collection methods related to applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children.
- Previous supervisory or clinical supervision experience is a plus for guiding team members effectively.

Pay: $57,429.85 - $69,162.83 per year
