This is a Per Diem position (up to 19 hours per week) designed to provide essential coverage based on the needs of the program. If you value flexibility and meaningful, hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.
As a Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Coordinate a plan of care for residents, and provide information and support for families in coordination with Hospice staff and volunteers.

Decision making with guidance by Executive Director or Assistant Director(s).

Act as a liaison to families and friends of residents.

Help train program volunteers when necessary.
Caregiver Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour
Caregiver Schedule: Per Diem – Up to 19 hours a week. Hours vary depending on the needs of the program. Flexible availability required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience providing hospice-like care
Flexible availability to meet per diem scheduling needs
