What You'll Do
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of educators who are passionate about early childhood education.
- Foster meaningful relationships with families, creating a welcoming and trusted environment where children can thrive.
- Lead daily center operations, ensuring excellence in educational quality, licensing compliance, safety, and customer experience.
- Build strong partnerships with teachers, families, community organizations, and licensing agencies.
- Use your leadership, business, and relationship-building skills to grow enrollment and strengthen KinderCare's presence within the East Bettendorf community.
- Create a positive, engaging workplace culture where teachers feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
