We are an elite Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive practice, providing an exceptional surgical experience for our patients. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who is ready to join our team of surgical coordinators.

We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service and meticulous work ethic to join our team as a surgery coordinator. We are well known for being committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients.
An ideal candidate would be detail oriented, multi-tasker and have excellent organization skills. We offer various benefits; PTO, 401k, discounts/incentives on cosmetic services and products. Compensation based on skills and experience.
Duties Include:
-Strong understanding of insurance in and out of network benefits, authorization processes as well as being familiar with claim processing.
-Ability to multitask as we are a high-volume practice with multiple providers
-Answering multiple phone lines
-Coordinate surgeries with hospital and ASC settings
-The perfect candidate will be able to have clear communications with patients on any financial obligations, surgical consents as well as pre and post-operative instructions
Job Requirements:
-Experience with scheduling surgeries in a hospital and ASC setting to include accuracy on Booking sheets and H&P's
-Must have medical/insurance billing experience
-Attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
